BIOVEGEN participated in the Webinar “Workshop COMPITTE Startup and Innovative SMEs” organized by the Autonomous University of Madrid Foundation (FUAM). The event was dedicated to discussing the characteristics of the call for grants for new technology-based companies and highly innovative SMEs in the Community of Madrid, which will mobilize a total of 4,250,000 euros.
Madrid SMEs can access grants of up to 60,000 euros for the creation and launch of technology-based companies; up to 125,000 euros for their growth; and up to 250,000 euros for high-intensity innovative SMEs.
The grants are aimed at financing innovative business activities that require the use of technology or knowledge generated by the research organizations of the Community of Madrid or the market, and will focus on the thematic areas of the RIS3 of the Community of Madrid.
