BIOVEGEN attended the virtual seminar on the 19th, organized by the Antama Foundation, where an analysis was conducted on how risk assessment is carried out both in Spain and the European Union, with special attention to the assessment of genetically modified organisms. This session featured the participation of experts Montaña Cámara, Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid and specialist in Nutrition and Bromatology, and Josep Mª Casacuberta, Research Biochemist at CRAG. The event was broadcast live through the Antama Foundation’s YouTube channel.
