BIOVEGEN participates in the CBGP forum on “New technologies for genomic editing: evolution and revolution”

BIOVEGEN participated in the Forum on “New technologies for genomic editing: evolution and revolution” that took place on the 12th of last month, aimed at discussing the potential of genomic editing technology and the various policies and legal scenarios for marketing products obtained through this technology. The meeting, organized by the Plant Biotechnology and Genomics Center (CBGP), served to address the potential of new genetic improvement techniques, particularly the new genomic editing technologies, on agriculture and biotechnology. Additionally, the different scenarios for marketing edited genome products were analyzed.
