The countries of the European Union in the Mediterranean area face significant environmental and social challenges. In light of this reality, the PRIMA Foundation (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area) was created to develop and apply innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions for food and water production and supply in the Mediterranean region.

Following the publication of the new call and given its importance and the interest generated in the sector, we at BIOVEGEN have prepared an update of the report that summarizes the main features of the PRIMA Initiative.
