The “BIOVEGEN Vision Document: Analysis of the Agri-food Sector and R&D Improvement Proposals” aims to conduct an analysis of the current situation of the R&D sector in plant production, the technological themes of greatest interest in plant biology, and proposals for improvement to stimulate innovation in plant production more effectively.
The BIOVEGEN Vision Document is intended to be a useful tool in contributing to the design of R&D promotion tools adapted to the needs and characteristics of the agri-food sector, helping to improve the surrounding conditions that make the Science-Business-Government relationship more effective, thus stimulating the competitiveness of the Spanish agri-food sector through the incorporation of new technologies based on Plant Biology.
