I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: biotechnological valorization network of pistachio byproducts

The PISTABIOTECH Operational Group is an initiative that arises in response to the growing demand from the pistachio production sector in Spain, aiming to valorize the byproducts generated during its cultivation and processing, especially the fleshy hull and shell. This project pursues the biotechnological utilization of the byproducts generated in pistachio processing, including the water used in shelling within a circular economy context.
In this context, the next June 25, 2026, the I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: biotechnological valorization network of pistachio byproducts will be held, dedicated to the presentation of the project and its members.
