I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: biotechnological valorization network of pistachio by-products

GO PISTABIOTECH is an initiative that arises in response to the growing demand from the pistachio producing sector in Spain, aiming to valorize the by-products generated during its cultivation and processing, especially the fleshy pod and the shell. This innovative project, which will be presented in the upcoming call for Operational Groups in the Community of Madrid, proposes the fractionation of these agricultural residues through a combination of conventional pretreatments and advanced technologies, in order to isolate and characterize their main components.
In this context, on May 22, 2025, the I Webinar GO PISTABIOTECH: biotechnological valorization network of pistachio by-products will be held, dedicated to the presentation of the project and its members.
