The BIOTECH ATTRACTION Congress “Sowing Knowledge, Harvesting Innovation” will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the FRUIT FORUM Auditorium, (connection hub between pavilions 1-3 of IFEMA-Madrid), within the framework of FRUIT ATTRACTION 2025, the leading international trade fair for plant production this year featuring 2,500 exhibiting entities and 120,000 professional visitors.
The Congress, organized by BIOVEGEN and FRUIT ATTRACTION, will showcase the potential of plant biotechnology as a fundamental tool for the competitiveness of the agri-food sector, with a special focus on precision breeding, new genomic techniques (NGTs), and the importance of public-private consortia as drivers of agri-food innovation.
Additionally, the congress will allow registered participants to request bilateral meetings with other attendees. Currently, the event has more than 380 registered professionals from over 150 entities in the sector.
