Second call for the KIT DIGITAL program
As part of the Digital Spain 2025 Agenda, the SMEs Digitalization Plan 2021-2025, and the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, the Digital Kit Program of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation is established as one of the central components for the digitalization of small businesses, micro-enterprises, and individuals in self-employment across the Spanish territory. The digitalization of these entities constitutes one of the main levers for the modernization of the Spanish economy and potential medium-term growth, as it allows for the improvement of productivity of all productive factors, increases their size, facilitates internationalization, and promotes networking both within the same sector and among different economic sectors.
UNIQUE SECTOR Program
The UNIQUE SECTOR Program 2022, established within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, aims to grant aid, under a competitive bidding process, for the implementation of projects, in Spanish territory, for the experimental development of 5G applications and services that impact the digital transformation of key economic sectors for the country.
Given the importance of this aid, BIOVEGEN has prepared two reports summarizing the regulatory bases of funding programs for digitalization activities that also include the agri-food sector.
