The European Biodiversity Association (BiodivERsA+), the Directorate General for the Environment, and the Directorate General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission have launched their first joint call for the period 2021-2022, inviting funding for Transnational Research Proposals on “Support for biodiversity and protection of ecosystems on land and at sea”.
The launch of this call also marks the official beginning of BiodivERsA+, a new network composed of national and regional funding organizations promoting pan-European research services on biodiversity and ecosystems. Its goal is to provide innovative opportunities for the conservation and sustainable management of biodiversity at the European level.
