The fresh produce trade fair FRUIT LOGISTICA 2020 took place on February 5, 6, and 7 in Berlin, Germany. This fair, a global reference for the horticultural sector, encompasses all business areas and market participants in fresh produce, providing a comprehensive view of all innovations, products, and services throughout the process, from producers and exporters to importers, wholesalers, and retailers; from specialists in crop improvement and protection to experts in technology and packaging; from transportation and logistics operators to marketing agencies and certification providers.
This edition, which also included the participation of GOCITRUS members, brought together more than 80,000 participants from over 135 countries and featured more than 3,200 exhibitors from 90 countries. This space allowed GOCITRUS members to carry out dissemination actions, including the presentation of the group’s first outreach brochure. Their presence thus boosted the internationalization of the Operational Group to support the dissemination of the innovative project.
