On September 18, 19, and 20, the IX Congress on Genetic Improvement of Plants was held in Murcia, attended by around 100 people including researchers and representatives from the agricultural sector. The event addressed various themes such as phytogenetic resources, advancements in biotechnology, and crops of interest through oral scientific sessions and posters.
In addition, this congress, a reference in Plant Biology, featured a Science-Business Session (on Thursday, September 20), organized by BIOVEGEN, where researchers and companies met to enhance Science-Business collaboration and the transfer of research results from the laboratory to the agro-business.
