BIOVEGEN participates in Food4Future 2023

On May 18, BIOVEGEN participated in the Food4Future fair in the panel “The role of biotechnology in generating the ingredients of the future” which took place from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM, alongside the entities AGRENVEC, CTIC CITA, and CELLX. This panel, which had about 40 attendees, was dedicated to discussing the crucial role biotechnology plays in generating the ingredients of the future for the food industry. There was talk about advancements in genetic engineering, fermentation, and cell culture technologies, which are enabling the production of new ingredients that are healthier, more sustainable, and more accessible than traditional ingredients.
