The days June 4 and 5, 2025 marked the international conference Biopesticides Europe 2025 held in Madrid, a meeting that brought together experts from the agricultural sector, research, and public policies to discuss the advances, challenges, and opportunities presented by biopesticides. The event addressed key topics such as their commercial scalability, integration with precision agriculture, and regulatory challenges.
In this context, BIOVEGEN participated with the presentation “The role of BIOVEGEN as a Public-Private Partnership and R&D Services Provider in Plant Production“, in which it showcased its activities aimed at promoting agro-food R&D. BIOVEGEN’s intervention focused on presenting the multiple initiatives developed by the Platform to encourage collaborative innovation in the agro-food sector and drive business development through plant innovation.
Additionally, during the day, BIOVEGEN presented some of the national and regional projects in which it is currently participating, coordinating and leading outreach activities, with the aim of bringing scientific knowledge closer to the business environment and facilitating its practical application.
