On March 25, 2025, the webinar “Spanish AGROTECH Ecosystem: Challenges and Business Opportunities” took place, organized by the Cajamar Cooperative Group in collaboration with ICEX-Invest in Spain. The event aimed to showcase the ecosystem of technologies and innovations in the Spanish agricultural sector, highlighting its strengths and promoting the attraction of new projects.
In this webinar, BIOVEGEN participated with the presentation “Opportunities for Biotechnological Companies”, contributing its vision and experience in the Spanish agri-food sector. In this regard, Gonzaga Ruiz de Gauna – Manager of BIOVEGEN emphasized that, in his twenty years of professional experience, “there has never been an environment as conducive to boosting technological development based on Applied Plant Biology as a tool for business development and improving business competitiveness“.
During his presentation, the manager of BIOVEGEN highlighted the opportunities offered by Plant Biotechnology and reviewed some of the most innovative technological trends to optimize and enhance the growth of the sector. Additionally, the tools that BIOVEGEN makes available to the sector to promote science-business collaboration were also presented, thus driving technological development in agrobiotechnology.
