The European Union has provided an unprecedented funding package of over 2.02 trillion euros to repair the damage caused by Covid-19 and transform the economy.
In this funding package, the European Recovery Plan-Next Generation EU. is allocated 750,000 M€ of which 140,000 M€ is designated for Spain (72,700 M€ in grants, and 67,300 M€ in loans).
Given the high expectations and uncertainties generated regarding this matter, at BIOVEGEN we are conducting a monitoring of these funds aimed at:
- Informing our members about their structure and governance
- Identifying the opportunities that arise for sectors related to R&D, such as the agbiotech sector
